Historical hotel, belonging to those hotels that had their name linked to excellence and to what can be called the "famous" Marbella of the 70s and 80s, which fell into disgrace. It deteriorated rapidly and its decline among the emblematic hotels of the Costa del Sol had great media repercussions. Now refurbished, with a new owner and an intelligent management team, it has clearly regained its splendour and stands out for its beauty, good facilities and exquisite staff. hotel has everything you need to enjoy a luxury stay at good prices if you take advantage of the offers that the Hotel Management makes outside the most demanding season. Also, we must mention its coquettish garden area, great breakfast buffet and small but beautiful SPA it has, is very complete, clean and with very competitive prices within an outstanding quality. If you are lucky enough to get an offer, you will enjoy a 5 star GL hotel at a price of a normal hotel and 4. advisable for those of us who like good things and are not millionaires.
Everything is very good. But to put some of the stickiness: the pillows of the bed, maybe they should offer other kinds.

Being invited by a work company and having to fight at the time of check in because the person inviting us was not present to physically show sub-credit card. Wait more than 45 minutes at the reception desk. An embarrassment . Solution we were asked to pay again the stay being invited !!! At the end, our client who was inviting us came and was asked for a bank statement when the 3 rooms had already been paid for 1 month. A pure shame
The service is not that of a luxury hotel. The quality of the breakfast is the most industrial thing I have seen and tasted in my life. Plastic cheese . Industrial bakery . You ask for a coffee, they bring you a jug of hot water . Then you have to attend to the screams of the staff among themselves. Come on it's not the deal I expected from a hotel like this

hotel is located in a privileged place on the Costa del Sol, reception staff and restaurant are very friendly, it is very well located to go out with the car in both directions, south and north by a direct access to both sides of the highway. At this time of the year, at the end of February, it seems that they have applied some product that I do not identify if it is an insecticide or an air freshener, with a fairly consistent smell. smell is not a hotel for people with a sensitive sense of smell, rather in the rooms and common areas, including the reception area. the restaurant and breakfasts correspond to a real 5-star hotel. You don't have to type much
Terrific air freshener,

Nicely appointed hotel in a very well maintained building with great views of the sea. Terrace, coffee, and it's own balcony in the room and the good bed. Beautiful and lovely location to get a cab everywhere, and 10 min walking distance to El Alicate. Also - just off booking a restaurant and organising a taxi, nearby golf club for tennis, and the Flamingos restaurant.
